Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and legally permitted to use the Service where you live. If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or legal guardian’s permission. That parent or guardian must review these terms and supervise your use and any purchases, and provide any authorization for data processing required by applicable law.

2. Permission to play

Subject to these terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and use the game for your own entertainment and to use the website for its intended purposes.

The game, artwork, characters, audio, software, and branding belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of that content. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without permission, except where applicable law allows it.

3. Your account

Keep your account credentials, device access, and recovery information secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Guest accounts can be used without linking Google or adding an email address. Save the recovery information the game provides, or configure an available recovery method. If you lose all ways to verify ownership, we may be unable to restore access or recover progress and purchases. Linking a sign-in identity does not automatically merge different game accounts.

Do not sell, rent, transfer, or impersonate another person’s account. We may require reasonable verification before making account changes or responding to requests concerning an account.

4. Purchases, subscriptions, and virtual items

Purchases are optional. Where available, the game uses Google Play billing. The price, currency, billing period, and applicable offer details are shown before you confirm a purchase. Google Play’s payment terms also apply. Only make purchases you are authorized to make.

Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout unless canceled through Google Play. Uninstalling the game, stopping play, or deleting your game account does not cancel a subscription. Review or cancel subscriptions in Google Play. The effect of cancellation and access through the paid period follow the applicable store terms and law.

Virtual currency, items, and benefits are licensed for use within the game. They have no cash-redemption value and cannot be transferred or exchanged outside supported game features. Purchases are associated with the game account for which they were verified; restoring a purchase does not transfer it to a different account.

Delivery depends on payment verification. Pending payments do not grant items until confirmed. If a purchase is missing, retain its Google Play transaction reference and contact support. Refunds and cancellations are handled under Google Play’s policies and applicable consumer law. Nothing here removes a right to a refund or other remedy required by law.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, or canceled, the corresponding items or benefits may be removed. For refunded currency that has already been spent, the game may record a balance owed against future currency grants. We will not charge your payment method to settle that in-game balance without a separately authorized purchase.

5. Optional rewarded ads

Where offered, you can choose to watch an advertisement for the reward displayed in the game. Ad availability depends on providers, your device, region, and privacy choices. Rewards require a valid completion and verification; interrupted or unavailable ads may not grant a reward. Contact support if a completed ad has not credited correctly.

Third-party advertisements and linked services are controlled by their providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

6. Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully and in ways that respect other people and the integrity of the game. You must not:

• Use cheats, unauthorized automation, modified clients, exploits, or falsified purchase or ad-completion information to gain benefits.
• Access another account without permission, bypass authentication, or obtain or disclose another person’s private information.
• Disrupt servers, distribute malware, overload the Service, or interfere with its security.
• Use the Service to commit fraud, infringe intellectual property, or harass or threaten people, including through support channels.
• Reverse engineer or circumvent technical protections except to the extent that applicable law gives you a right to do so.

If you find a security issue or an unintended way to obtain rewards, report it privately to contact@pebbletyrant.com.

7. Updates and availability

The game is under development. Features, balance, content, compatibility, and availability may change, and an updated client may be required to continue online play. Maintenance, network faults, and third-party outages can interrupt access.

We may correct game errors and incorrectly granted rewards. We will handle changes affecting paid features in accordance with applicable law, including any required notice or remedy. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available forever.

8. Suspension and ending use

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these terms, fraud, security risks, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to contact support about the decision, unless doing so would compromise security or violate law.

You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and associated live data, use Delete account. There is a seven-day grace period in which you can explicitly cancel the request. After permanent deletion, your progress, inventory, and purchase entitlements cannot be recovered through the game. Our Privacy Policy explains retained information.

Cancel subscriptions separately through Google Play before deleting your account if you want recurring billing to stop. Account deletion does not itself trigger a refund or remove any statutory refund rights.

9. Responsibility and consumer rights

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis, without additional promises beyond those stated in these terms. We are not responsible for failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to your mandatory legal rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any applicable mandatory consumer protections. Your statutory rights to remedies for defective digital content or services remain in place.

10. Disputes and applicable law

Contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Nothing in these terms takes away a right to bring a claim before a court or authority available to you under applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised terms here with an updated date and give additional notice or request agreement where required by law. If you do not agree to a change, you can stop using the Service and contact us about any remaining paid entitlement or legal remedy.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
