What happens to your data?
After the seven-day grace period, we permanently remove your live account: progress, inventory, currencies, purchase entitlements, linked sign-in identities, email, password and account history. These cannot be recovered afterward.
Signing in or playing during the grace period does not cancel deletion. Return here and choose Cancel deletion before the displayed deadline to keep your account.
We retain only one-way purchase and billing-account fingerprints indefinitely to prevent duplicate rewards and stop delayed store notifications from recreating deleted records. These records contain no email, password, gameplay data or readable purchase token.
Deleting your game account does not cancel a Google Play subscription or issue a refund. Manage subscriptions in Google Play. Google and advertising providers control their own records.
Database backups are retained for up to 30 days from creation, so copies made before deletion may remain for up to 30 days afterward. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
